House Rules

> Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the venue.

> No pets allowed.

> Guests who have not paid to stay are not allowed.

> Minors are allowed as a paid guest, but an adult must be responsible for the minor.

> Guests are responsible for stripping their beds and putting all dirty linens at the foot of their bed.

> Guests are responsible for placing dirty towels in the showers and/or tubs.

> The use of Firearms and Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

> Deposits are non-refundable.

> A deposit is transferable to another weekend within 6 months of originally scheduled weekend as long as 30 days notice is given prior to the originally booked date. If less than 30 days notice for cancellation or no show, deposit is forfeited.
